The data controller is Pravin Banjade, Nepal. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases and is the controller of the payment data it collects.
This website
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to serve pages and protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not use those logs to identify you.
The only thing the site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, in local storage. It is never sent anywhere.
The pricing page loads Paddle's checkout script only when you click a Buy button.
The FleetOps software
FleetOps runs on your own servers. Its data, including users, environments and the audit log, stays in the SQLite database on your host. We cannot see it. License files are checked offline.
Purchases
Paddle collects your name, email, billing address, tax details and payment method, under its privacy policy. Paddle shares with us your name, email, company, country, the plan and node count you bought, and the order status. We use these to issue and renew your license, provide support and meet tax and accounting duties, and keep them for as long as those duties require.
If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you and to follow up on your order. We do not send marketing email and we never sell or share your address.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Some purchase records must be kept for tax law even after you ask. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
